9TH AVENUE MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION SERVICES (9AMPS) - Creative Director (Shared Position)

9AMPS was co-created by me and another individual due to the extensive and real-time experience in producing design solutions for 9th Avenue Performing Arts Center Inc. 9AMPS is a natural extension or division of the Organization offering our knowledge and creativity to other organizations and individuals.
This field is a perfect blend in which to apply artistic, technical, communications and managerial skills. Highly competitive area in which the ability to capture customers needs, "out of the box" or creative thinking and keeping up with technical learning curve is required. Also, the ability to integrate multiple projects in order to deliver on time with first time quality and on budget is a requisite.
Duties Include:
- Creative Director: providing guidance for the implementation of multimedia designs, concepts and the right technologies.
- Creation of multimedia presentations.
- Developing, implementing, testing, hosting and maintaining customized and effective web sites.
- Work in all stages of the multimedia development including establishing customer needs and requirements, layout design, art work creation and modification (custom and commercial graphic manipulation, photography and hand layout) and code (XHTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, MySql).
- Web site development in multiple platform, computer graphics, multimedia and authoring tools including the Adobe product suit (Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Page Maker, Go Live), Microsoft Office Product Suit including Power Point, Publisher, Front Page and other miscellaneous products.
- Digital Photographer: utilizing state of the art digital professional SRL photography equipment: Nikon, Canon and Fujifilm. Specializing in theatrical live photography.
9TH AVENUE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER Inc.
Designer
- Designed marketing and advertising schemes.
- Designed and produced school information printed and electronic material such as brochures, production programs, multimedia computer displays, web site and graphic design.
- Theatrical productions management and integration. Design and construction of stage static and dynamic props, lighting and full stage backgrounds.
- Designer html e-mails for promotions.
- Technical and artistic assistant to the Artistic Director.
WEB GRAPHICS
Created all graphics required for effective navigation and branding using miscellaneous desktop applications such as Go Live, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, freehand drawing and professional digital photography equipment.
