In conjunction with the Artistic Director, we have developed a life-long passion into a successful business in which I have had the opportunity to develop and apply my creative abilities.

I have been instrumental in the successful growth and transformation of the Center into an active member of the community. The Center has become a cultural icon in the city of Federal Way. The Center provides educational and performing opportunities to local talents, involvement in cultural events and cultural organizations.

As a business, I have learned the intricacies of small business operations in the areas of limited budgets and high expectations. The performing arts world is intellectually, physically, organizationally and creatively challenging. It requires detailed planning, long-term vision, flexible thinking and the ability to improvise.

Duties include:

• Implementing goals and objectives for the growth of the Center.
• Defining the mission of the Center and its relationship within the community.
• Evaluating marketing, advertising schemes and public relations strategies.
• Facility design, construction and maintenance supervisor.
• Designed and produced school information printed and electronic material such as brochures, production programs, multimedia computer displays, web site and graphic design.
• Productions management and integration.
• Communications and information director.
• Technical and artistic assistant to the Artistic Director.

9TH AVENUE MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION SERVICES (9AMPS)

Creative Director (Shared Position)

9AMPS was co-created by me and another individual due to the extensive and real-time experience in producing design solutions for 9th Avenue Performing Arts Center Inc. 9AMPS is a natural extension or division of the Organization offering our knowledge and creativity to other organizations and individuals.

This field is a perfect blend in which to apply artistic, technical, communications and managerial skills. Highly competitive area in which the ability to capture customers needs, "out of the box" or creative thinking and keeping up with technical learning curve is required. Also, the ability to integrate multiple projects in order to deliver on time with first time quality and on budget is a requisite.

• Creative Director: providing guidance for the implementation of multimedia designs, concepts and the right technologies.
• Creation of multimedia presentations.
• Developing, implementing, testing, hosting and maintaining customized and effective web sites.
• Work in all stages of the multimedia development including establishing customer needs and requirements, layout design, art work creation and modification (custom and commercial graphic manipulation, photography and hand layout) and code (HTML 4, JS, Java applets, GIF animations and Shockwave animations).
• Web site development in multiple platform, computer graphics, multimedia and authoring tools including the Adobe product suit (Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Page Maker, Go Live), Microsoft Office Product Suit including Power Point, Publisher, Front Page and other miscellaneous products.
• Digital Photographer: utilizing state of the art digital professional SRL photography equipment: Nikon, Canon and Fujifilm. Specializing in theatrical live photography.

VP Techonology and Marketplace Integration

Duties Include:

• Chartered with driving the technology integration and operational efficiencies of all of iSold It's on-line and off-line systems.
• Responsible for the selection, test, integration, deployment and support of iSold It's web based e-commerce and market place management web based software solution.

BOEING COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT GROUP/PHANTOM WORKS

Structural Design Engineer

Duties Include:

• Directed fabrication and assembly work of test components.
• Integrated the detailed design activities of a multi-company team in support of the High Speed Civil Transport (HSCT) cost/weight structural and material trade studies.
• Conducted and monitored task development and research activities in support of HSCT Supersonic Laminar Flow Control.
• Directed task activities of work performed under contract to other companies.

• Responsible for resolving engineering and production problems associated with the development fixture of the C-17 aircraft.
